To Show Datum Planes
If you set a reference datum plane within the model it automatically displays in drawing views where the reference datums are perpendicular to the screen (on edge). If you erase a set datum plane, use this procedure to show it again.
1. On the Annotate tab, in the Insert group, click . The Show Model Annotations dialog box opens.
2. Click the tab.
3. Click the check box against the datum planes that you wish to show in the drawing. Additionally, you can click to select and show all the listed datum planes. Click to deselect and not to show all the listed datum planes.
4. Click OK to show the selected datum planes. Alternatively, click Apply to permanently show the selected datum planes. Click Close to close the Show Model Annotations dialog box.

* You can display non-set datum planes by clicking on the Datum Display toolbar in the graphics window or by selecting Plane Display on the View tab.
