To Modify the Line Style of a Drawing Item
1. Open a drawing.
2. Click Layout > Line Style. The LINE STYLES menu appears on the Menu Manager.
3. Select one or more draft entities from any of the views. The Modify Line Style dialog box opens.
4. To set an existing style for the selection, use the options in the Copy From area to copy a style from a line. Select one of the following line style settings:
Hidden—Displays hidden line (gray) geometry on the screen and plots it as dashed lines.
Geometry—Displays regular visible geometry (white) on the screen and plots it as solid lines.
Leader—Displays dimensions (yellow) on the screen and plots them as yellow lines.
Cut Plane—Displays white phantom lines on the screen and plots it as phantom lines with Pen 1.
Phantom—Displays gray phantom lines on the screen and plots it as phantom lines with Pen 3.
Centerline—Displays yellow centerlines on the screen and plots it as centerlines.
5. Use the Attributes area to set a combination of line font, width, and color.
6. For model edges, select an option to apply the line style changes:
Selected edges only—Applies line style changes only to selected model edges.
All occurences in sheet—Applies line style changes only to selected model edges in all the visible views on the sheet.
 
* You cannot use All occurences in sheet for model edges in erased views.
* If you modify the display style of an edge to erase or hide it and then apply a line style to it, line style changes are not visible as long as the edge is erased or hidden.
7. Click Apply.
