To Convert a View to a Draft Entity
1. Open a drawing.
2. Select one or more views in the drawing to convert to draft entities. Hold down the CTRL key to select multiple views.
3. On the
Layout tab, under the
Edit group, click
Convert to Draft Entities. The
SNAPSHOT menu appears on the Menu Manager.
4. Select one of the following options on the SNAPSHOT menu:
◦ All Views—Converts all the views to draft entities. A confirmation message appears. Click Yes.
◦ This View—Converts the selected view to draft entities. A confirmation message appears. Click Yes.
The selected views are converted to draft entities.
