MI Import Options and the Corresponding Configuration Options
The following table lists options on the Import MI dialog box and the corresponding configuration options that control the import of 2D drawing data. You can set the options on the Import MI dialog box or the corresponding configuration options to appropriate values to filter drawing entities during the import of Creo Elements/Direct drawing files.

The import of the following drawing entity attributes are controlled by options on the Properties tab of the Import MI dialog box:
Colors
Layers
Line fonts
Text fonts
Hatch line fonts
You can save the import settings of colors, layers, line, text, and hatch fonts in the mi_import.pro mapping file that is located in the working directory or an alternate directory or folder. If this mapping file is not located in the working directory, you must set the real or the absolute path of this file as the value of the intf2d_in_mi_mapping_file configuration option.
