Calculating the Convective Heat Transfer Rate
The convective heat transfer rate is calculated as follows:
Q=h(T)x(T–Tb)
where,
Q is the convective heat transfer rate.
h is the convection coefficient.
T is the entity temperature (the temperature of an entity such as a node or surface).
Tb is the bulk temperature (the temperature of the fluid in contact with the entity).
