About GeomIntegrityCHECK
The GeomIntegrityCHECK utility:
Ensures that models adhere to the Verbund der Automobilindustrie (VDA) 4955 design specifications. VDA 4955 is an automotive standard for model quality.
Validates the geometry in a model and identifies areas that could make it difficult to import a model into a downstream application or another CAD system.
Presents problems, if any, in a comprehensive report with details of all geometry information in a model. This report is similar to the one created by Creo ModelCHECK. From this report, you can highlight problems in the Creo Parametric models.
Alternatively, you can set the MC_VDA_RUN configuration option in the config_init.mc file to run GeomIntegrityCHECK along with Creo ModelCHECK and display the report in the Creo ModelCHECK report. Use Creo Parametric to repair the models.
