To Move a Manikin on a Plane
Translate and rotate a manikin on the placement plane.
1. In the Manikin Tree, select the manikin node of the manikin to move. A 3D dragger appears on the manikin.
If the standing placement connection is active, the dragger appears on the standing plane at the right foot.
If the sitting placement connection is active, the dragger appears on the sitting plane at the buttocks.
2. Move the manikin on the plane in any of the following ways:
Translate the manikin forward and backward along DOF X by dragging the red handle.
Video:
Translate the manikin sideways along DOF Y by dragging the green handle.
Rotate the manikin around DOF Z by dragging the blue arc. The manikin will face a different direction.

You can move the manikin on the plane as long as the 3D dragger is visible.
3. To stop moving the manikin on the plane, perform any of the following actions:
Click anywhere in the graphics window.
Select any other object on the manikin.
Select any other command.
