To Assemble a Reference Model with Merged Features
1. Click > > 
Merge Reference Model .
Merge Reference Model .In the Open dialog box, select the model whose features must be merged with the reference model.
2. Constrain and place the model using the Component Placement tab.
3. Click 
. The Create Reference Model dialog box opens.

4. Under Reference model type, click Merge by reference to create a reference model with geometry merged from the selected model.

5. Under Reference Model, modify the default name and add the common name of the reference model. This step is optional.
6. Click OK.
