To Create a User-defined Selection Filter or My Filter
1. Click File > Options > Selection. The Set the selection options page opens.
2. In the Choose filter from list under My selection filter settings select the filters and click Add. The selected filters are added to My filter list.
3. To set the user-defined selection filter or My Filter as the default, select the Set My Filter as the default selection filter check box.

To export the filter settings, click Import/Export > Export all options to configuration file and save the settings to a .ui file.
You can import the settings previously saved to a .ui file by clicking Import/Export > Import configuration file.
4. Click OK. My Filter appears at the top of the list in Filter box on the status bar.
