To Convert an XCH Crosshatch Pattern to PAT
1. Open a drawing.
2. Select the XCH crosshatching pattern to modify. The Edit Hatching tab appears.
3. In the Operations group, click the arrow.
4. Click Convert to PAT. The XCH crosshatching pattern is converted to PAT format.

To convert all legacy XCH patterns. use Convert all XCH to PAT command available in command search tool. This commands converts all visible XCH patterns residing in the drawing, including those that are placed on other non-active sheets of the drawing.
