To Play Process Steps

1. Click ASM PROCESS > Play Steps.

2. Select an option from the STEP REGEN menu:

◦ Set Step–Opens the Select Step dialog box.

◦ Previous Step–Shows the previous step.

◦ Next Step–Shows the next step.

◦ Info–Displays information for the current step.
