Graph Function Dialog Box
Use this dialog box to specify settings for a graph of a function that you are defining. If the function is defined by more than one independent variable, select one of them from the “Versus” column. The independent variable of the graph will be the variable selected from the “Versus” column. For the other independent variables of the function, you must specify values of them for which you want to generate the graph. Specify these “fixed” variables in the Graph At column. For these “fixed” variables, you can specify a number or you can also type the word “current” for any independent variable that is a parameter. You can type min, max, or current for any independent variable that is an independent parameter.
Creo Simulate graphs the value of the equation versus the selected independent variable at the values of the remaining independent variables typed in the entry boxes.
The dialog box also contains:
Range Limits for Variable x, y, or z—Specify the range of the graphs’s independent variable by typing a lower and upper limits. These limits should define a segment of the graph that enables you to visualize the function. For example, the limits could correspond to the time or frequency range you use in defining analysis.
Graph—Click this button to display the graph in the Chart-Tool window.

For a force-deflection curve function the Graph/Stability button is available instead of the Graph button. Click Graph/Stability to display the function graph and perform a stability check for the function. The stability check is performed when you close the Chart-Tool window.
