To Assign a Creo Simulate Material in Creo Parametric
This procedure assumes you have a part file open in Creo Simulate.
1. Click > 
Materials. The Materials dialog box appears.
Materials. The Materials dialog box appears.2. Highlight one of the material names in the Materials in Library or Materials in Model list.
3. Click Assign and select Part from the menu.
4. Use the normal selection methods to select a part on your model. The material name appears in the Materials in Model list.
5. Click Close.

to return to Creo Parametric.

Model Properties to open the Model Properties dialog box. Click change adjacent to Materials to open the Materials dialog box.

9. Select OK to assign the material to the part.
