To Run a Creo Simulate Lite Analysis
1. Click > to start Creo Simulate Lite.
If you do not have a Creo Simulate license, Creo Simulate starts in the Creo Simulate Lite mode and the
Process Guide dialog box opens. If you have a Creo Simulate license but want to work in Creo Simulate Lite, then in Creo Simulate click > . Select
Simulate Lite as the capability mode.
| Creo Simulate Lite can only open models with less than two hundred surfaces. When you open a model created with a standard Creo Simulate license in Creo Simulate Lite, all entities created in standard Creo Simulate are deleted. When you open a model created in Creo Simulate Lite with a standard Creo Simulate license, you can convert the model to standard Creo Simulate. The Simulate Lite check box is not available in Creo Simulate standalone mode. |

3. Click
Next and then click
Constraints. Creo Simulate opens the
Constraints Manager dialog box. Select the required constraint type to apply it to the model.
6. When the analysis is complete, Creo Simulate displays the
Diagnostics dialog box . View errors, warnings and messages displayed during the analysis in the
Diagnostics dialog box.
7. Click
Next on the
Process Guide dialog box and then click
Results. Creo Simulate displays the
Results window.
If you close the
Process Guide dialog box in Creo Simulate Lite, click
on the toolbar to restart the session .
If you set the
simulation_process_auto_advance configuration option to
yes then you do not need to use the
Next button. Process Guide automatically advances to the next step.
