To Create a Midpoint Point
By using the Midpoint option, you can create a Constructed Point midway between two points.
1. Click > 
Point. The CMM Construct tab opens.
Point. The CMM Construct tab opens.2. Select the parent reference Csys from the Parent Csys drop-down list.
3. Select Midpoint from the Type drop-down list.
4. Select 2 measure or construct steps of the following types:
◦ Point
◦ Circle (center)
◦ Cone (cone vertex)
◦ Sphere (center)
The system creates a new point at midpoint of a straight line connecting the two reference points.
5. Click OK
