Force Per Unit Type
Use this option to apply a load to each unit that makes up the entity you selected, where type is either length, area, or volume depending on the model type and type of entity selected for the load. See Force Per Unit Type Guidelines for more information.
The units used for force loads are as follows:

Force Per Unit Area
The units for moment loads are the units for the force loads multiplied by length.
