To Create a Thermal Resistance Interface
This procedure assumes you are working in the Thermal mode.
1. Click > 
Interface. The Interface Definition dialog box appears.

3. Select Thermal Resistance in the Type box.
 | You can select Thermal Resistance in the Type box only if you are working in Thermal mode. |
4. Select one of the following types of references:
◦ Surface-Surface
◦ Component-Component
5. Select two valid geometric references in the model.
| | For 2D models, select an edge in the model. You cannot select a curve. |
6. In the Properties section, specify the Heat Transfer Coefficient. The default value is 0. Give any non-negative value other than 0.
