If you choose Displacement, Rotation, or Reaction as the measure quantity, you can select either the magnitude or one of the X, Y, Z component directions.

For magnitude, Creo Simulate calculates the measure using all three component directions. For component directions, calculations are axis-specific relative to the current coordinate system.
