The new 3+2 Axis option allows you to automatically create 3+2 axis rough and rest rough sequences. It is useful when you want to produce more complex parts with fewer setup steps or operations. In the 3+2 machining technique, the removal of material is done in 3 axis using two rotational axes to position the part in such a way that the shorter (sturdier) tools can reach.

This enhancement eliminates the need for costly and multiple setups to include all material to be removed. It enables you to machine complex parts in a single setup with an algorithm that automatically calculates the rotations to reach all the material.
