To Set the Active Plane
If you are working in Style, before setting the model view to the active plane orientation, make sure you have specified one of the datum planes as the active plane.
1. Click Style > Set Active Plane.
2. Select a datum plane.
The specified plane becomes the active plane. Style also displays the horizontal and vertical directions for this plane.
