End Compatibility File

The End Compatibility file defines all of the compatible pipe and fitting end types used in piping design. Spec-Driven Piping uses this file to determine if two ends are compatible and can be mated. End type compatibility is based on end types and schedule rate.
End Type Compatibility occurs during spec-driven pipeline creation, routing, and fitting insertion.
The End Compatibility file format is described in the next table.

You can define the End Compatibility file name by setting the piping_end_compatibility_file configuration option (default is piping_end_compatibility.csv).
