To Create a Line Segment Tangent to Two Entities
1. Click Sketch and then click the arrow next to Line.
2. Click 
Line Tangent.
Line Tangent.3. Select an arc or circle at the first tangency point. An endpoint is created.
4. Select another arc or circle at the second tangency point. The line is created.
