To Control the Display of the Grid
The grid is hidden in Sketcher by default. To display the grid in both 2D and 3D Sketcher, perform these operations:
• Set the sketcher_disp_grid configuration option to yes.
• On the Graphics toolbar, click 
Sketcher Display Filters > 
Grid Display.
