About Configuring Sketcher
You can set Sketcher configuration options using the Configuration Editor or in the Creo Parametric Options dialog box to customize the Sketcher environment. You can also set and save multiple combinations of configuration options in config.pro as separate files, with settings unique to a specific design project.
To access the Configuration Editor, click > 
Options >
