◦ Substituted entity collector:

▪ Substitute surfaces—Displays surfaces or surface sets from multiple bodies and quilts to replace with the substituting surfaces.

▪ Transform selected attachment rounds/chamfers check box—Moves the selected rounds and chamfers that attach the moved geometry to the model. When not checked, the selected attaching rounds and chamfers are removed and optionally recreated. Available when surfaces are substituted, but not when edge loops are substituted.

▪ Substitute edge loops—Displays one or more closed loops of one-sided edges of one or more quilts, to replace with edges that are created on the substituting surfaces. Available when the model contains open quilts.

◦ Details—Opens the Surface Sets dialog box.

◦ Substituting surfaces—Displays the surfaces of a single body or a single quilt that replace the geometry to be substituted.

◦ Create round/chamfer geometry check box—Specifies whether to create round or chamfer geometry after the geometry selection is substituted and attached. The default is to create round or chamfer geometry.

◦ Bounding edges collector—Collects edges that act as boundaries for geometry.

◦ Next—Finds the next solution. Available when the geometry selected in the Substitute surfaces collector is from a single body or quilt.

◦ Maintain solution topology check box—Fails regeneration when the model changes and the same solution type can not be reconstructed.
