To Create a Circle Using Center/Dia
Center/Dia creates a circle by specifying its center and diameter.
1. Click Circle on the DFT CREATE menu.
2. Click Center/Dia on the CIRCLE menu.
3. Pick the circle center.
4. Specify the diameter of the circle.
