Creates HTML-based summary reports and writes them to the directory specified by the DIR_REPORT configuration option.

• Set this configuration option for each operating mode.
• If the DETAIL_USERPARAM option in config_init.mc is set to a valid parameter, the parameter value is displayed in the HTML based summary report.
