PLANE_CHILD (Datum Planes without Children)

Reports any datum planes in the model, other than default planes, with no children. In the start part list in the start configuration file, you can specify a list of required standard datum planes for a model. The PLANE_CHILD check does not check these standard datum planes.

If any childless datum planes are found, you can highlight the features in question in the Creo Parametric window.

Creo ModelCHECK cannot highlight items on blanked layers.

You can also access the Global Reference Viewer from the Creo ModelCHECK report to view all references to and from the reported features.
