To Move a Model Note
1. Select the note on the Model Tree, on the Detail Tree, or in the graphics window. The note and leader line turn green. A box outline appears enclosing the note text.

To see notes in the model tree, click > Tree Filters > Annotations. To select notes in the graphics window, select Annotation from the Filter list on the Status Bar.
2. Place the pointer on the box outline. The pointer changes to .
Click and drag the note to the new location. A box outline of the note along with the leader line moves with the pointer.
If you press SHIFT, the pointer changes to constraining the movement of the note along the leader elbow.

You can undo or redo the changes made to the note position.
Alternatively, you can use the Move command to move the model notes. This command is supported for the following placement types:
Placed with a leader
Free placed on an annotation plane
Free placed on a Flat to screen plane
To move a model note using Move, follow these steps:
1. Select the model note from the model tree or in the graphics window. Right-click the note and select Move from the shortcut menu.
2. Move the pointer to the new location and, click to place the model note in the desired location, or middle-click to cancel the operation.
