To Make a Flat-to-Screen Note
You can make a flat-to-screen note, irrespective of the current model orientation.
If the current orientation plane is FLAT TO SCREEN, then you can make only an unattached note flat to screen.
To make a leader note or an on item note flat to screen, set the allow_flat_to_screen_note configuration option to yes and do the following:
1. Right-click the note on the Detail Tree or the Model Tree and click Unplace. The selected note is unplaced.
2. Right-click the note and select the Place Flat to Screen check box.
3. Right-click the note and click Change Note Type.
4. Select the note type.
5. Place the note according to the workflow of the selected note type.
