This message indicates that the model contains annotations whose properties do not exactly match the corresponding GD&T Advisor data. You should click on the Manage Annotations button in the GD&T Advisor ribbon. The Mismatched tab in the Manage Annotations window shows a list of the mismatched annotations along with a status condition for each annotation that indicates the a description of the mismatch.
