To Enable CMM Probing in Creo NC
1. Click Manufacturing and the arrow next to 
Work Center. Select a type of Work Center or machine tool from the list. The Work Center dialog box for the selected type opens. Alternatively, click Mfg Setupon the Operation tab to open the Work Center dialog box.

3. On the Tools tab, click the Probes button to add a default probe or a probe from the probe library.
4. Click OK to close the dialog box.
