To Make Changes to CMM Steps

Manufacturing > Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) > CMM Process > To Make Changes to CMM Steps

CMM steps can be edited, deleted, suppressed, and resumed as any other assembly features. Use the following options:

• Click Inspect >

Delete to delete CMM steps, or any other features in the CMM model. The system invokes the regular user interface for deleting features.

• Click Inspect >

Pattern to create a Reference pattern of Measure steps.

• Click Inspect > Operate > Suppress to suppress CMM steps, or any other features in the CMM model. The system invokes the regular user interface for suppressing features.

• Click Inspect > Operate > Resume to resume suppressed CMM steps, or any other features in the CMM model. The system invokes the regular user interface for resuming suppressed features.

• Click Inspect > Operate > Feature Operations > Reorder to change the order of regeneration of the CMM steps, or any other features in the CMM model. The system invokes the regular user interface for reordering features.

• Click Inspect > Operate > Edit Definition to redefine how a CMM step, or any other feature in the CMM model, is created. Note that you must select the step first.
