You can access the Help Center home page, context-sensitive Help, release information, and customer service information by clicking File > Help. The following commands are available when you click File > Help.

Creo Parametric Help — Opens the home page for the Creo Parametric Help Center. From here you can navigate to any Help topic. Topics are arranged by functional area.

Command Search — Opens an interactive tool that enables you to find known commands faster and preview the location of the command on the user interface. You can preview the location only if the command is located on the ribbon, Quick Access toolbar, Graphics toolbar, or File menu

Search Online Knowledge Base — Loads the PTC Online Knowledge Base in your web browser.

Log Support Case — Loads the PTC Call Logger in your web browser.

Online Resources — Allows you to view useful tutorials, tools, and various help guides for the latest release of Creo Parametric.

What's New? — Opens the What's New document that highlights the new functionality.

System Information — Provides product information, including the release, license information, installation date, and customer support contact information.

About Creo Parametric — Displays Creo Parametric copyright and release information.

Pressing F1 enables context-sensitive Help mode.
