To Change Relief Settings

1. In an open board part, click File > Prepare >

Model Properties. The Model Properties dialog box opens.

2. Under Board, click change in the Relief line. The Preferences dialog box opens.

3. Click Relief.

4. To change the relief type, select a different one from the list:

◦ No Relief—Adds no relief.

◦ Slit—Adds a slit relief.

◦ Rectangular—Adds a rectangular relief.

◦ Obround—Adds an obround relief.

5. For Rectangular and Obround reliefs, perform the following operations:

a. To change the relief width, type a value in the box or select a value from the list.

b. To change the depth type, select a different type from the list:

▪ Blind—Adds the relief according to a specified value.

▪ Up to Bend—Adds the relief up to the bend.

▪ Tangent to Bend—Adds the relief tangent to the bend. Available only for rectangular and obround relief.

c. To change the value of the bend relief angle, type a new value in the box or select a new value from the list.

6. Click Regenerate.
