To Create a Generic Hole Table
See Criteria to Include Holes and Cuts in a Hole Table before you proceed.
1. On the Table tab, click 
Hole Table. The Hole Table dialog box opens with certain default values. Alternatively, right-click and click Create Hole Table on the shortcut menu to open the Hole Table dialog box.

◦ Simple holes—Creates a hole table that lists the locations of simple holes along the X- and Y-coordinates and their diameters.
To include other types of holes in the table, select the following check boxes:
▪ Standard holes
▪ Sketched holes
▪ Cuts
◦ Datum Points—Creates a hole table that lists the locations of datum points along the X-, Y-, and Z-coordinates.
◦ Datum Axes—Creates a hole table that lists the locations of datum axes along the X- and Y-coordinates.
3. Use the Table columns area to define the columns in the hole table. A row in the Table columns section corresponds to a column in the hole table. If required, customize the Table columns section as discussed in To Create a Custom Hole Table.
4. You can retain the default values in the Table format and the Hole label sections. To customize the values in these sections, see To Create a Custom Hole Table.
5. Click Settings to save the current hole table settings for the drawing and close the Hole Table dialog box.
6. Click Create Table to create a hole table using the current hole table settings.
7. Select a coordinate system reference for the drawing items to be listed in the hole table.
8. Select the location for the top left corner of the hole table. The hole table is displayed with the appropriate data. You can move and relocate the hole table as you would do to an ordinary table.
