To Display Drawing Model Information
1. Open a drawing.
2. Click Tools tab.
3. Use the following commands in the Investigate group to display the drawing model information:
◦ Model Information—Displays a model information report for the selected drawing model. For an assembly drawing, select the drawing model using the Model Info dialog box that opens when you click this option.
◦ Feature Information—Displays a feature information report for the selected feature.
◦ Feature List—Displays the feature list information associated with a selected model. In case of assemblies, select the parts or assemblies as drawing using the
Feature List dialog box that opens when you click this option.
The following commands are available only for assemblies:
◦ Bill of Materials—Opens the
BOM dialog box to select a drawing model and the associated drawing objects. After selection, displays a bill of materials report for the selected drawing model.
◦ Reference Viewer—Opens the
Reference Viewer dialog box to investigate the relationships and dependencies between selected features and models.
◦ Component—Click the arrow next to the
Investigate group and click
Component. Opens the
Component Constraint Information dialog box to select the components of an assembly. Displays component assembly information and information about its parents, children, relationships, and parameters.
