What is the benefit of this enhancement?
Creo Ansys Simulation provides an end-to-end simulation tool for finite element analysis of real-world physics problems. It combines the modeling capabilities of Creo Parametric with the robustness and accuracy of the Ansys solver.
You can create or import a model from Creo Parametric, assign simulation features, and perform structural, modal, and thermal analysis on it. You can also define multiple studies in a simulation model. Creo Ansys Simulation supports automatic mesh creation and contact definition.
You can define mass, spring, shell, and beam idealizations for structural and modal studies for defining FEA models efficiently and effectively.
Once a study completes you can view the simulation results on the model. You can seamlessly switch between Creo Parametric and Creo Ansys Simulation. While your simulation study is in progress you can continue to work on other tasks in Creo Parametric.
