Set the Appearance of Sketcher Constraints in Edit Dimension
You can control whether Sketcher constraints appear in Edit Dimension using a configuration option.
User Interface Location: Click File > Options > Configuration Editor. In the mini toolbar, click Edit Dimension.

What is the benefit of this enhancement?
The configuration option show_sketcher_constr_dyn_edit controls whether sketcher constraints appear by default in Edit Dimension.
This eliminates the need to manually turn off the appearance of constraints, to reduce the screen clutter during the Edit Dimension workflow. By default, constraints do not appear. During the Edit Dimension workflow, you can right-click and select Show/Hide Sketch Constraints to switch the appearance of constraints on and off.
