What is the benefit of this enhancement?
There is support for multiple bodies in Windchill and in Creo View 6.1 and later.
The list that follows describes support for multibody models in Windchill:
• Multibody parts are managed in a way that is similar to single body parts. Bodies are not exposed.
• Body designation information is currently ignored by Windchill.
The list that follows describes multibody visualization support in Creo View 6.1 and later:
• Publishing of data to Creo View is supported, including the exposure of bodies to Creo View.
• Bodies are represented in the viewable as an entity below the part level.
