Multibody Part Design—Additive Manufacturing
There is support for multibody models for the Lattice tool and for 3D printed parts.
User Interface Location:
Click Model > Engineering > Lattice.
Click File > Print > Prepare for 3D Printing.
Right-click a body.

What is the benefit of this enhancement?
In earlier releases there is no support for multibody in additive manufacturing. In Creo Parametric 7.0.0.0, there is support for Lattice and for 3D printed parts.
Multibody support for Lattice is described as follows:
Apply a lattice to a selected body.
Create a lattice in a new body.
Multibody support for 3D printed parts is described as follows:
Assign a color for each body.
Validate clearance between bodies using the Pairs Clearance and Global Clearance commands on the Analysis tab.
Assemble the multibody model in the 3D printing tray.
Define printing strategies by assigning different printing and build profiles to individual bodies.
Support for body color using 3MF Export.
Support for multibody models makes it easier to create a lattice. The 3D printing of multibody parts give you more granular, body-based control over the definition of the build process.
