About Adjusting the Tangents for Closed Curves
When you edit a closed curve, you can select the start or the end of the curve at the close point, and then make the following adjustments to that point's tangent:
• Change the length
• Modify the angle
• Switch the status from leader to follower, and vice versa
There is no tangency control on the endpoints of periodic curves.
