Freestyle Operations in the Attach Mode
Attaching mirrored mesh
The original and independent vertices must lie on the triangulation or faceted geometry. The position of dependent mirrored vertices are controlled by regular symmetry rules.
Attaching extruded mesh
The extruded vertices follow their parent vertices. If the parent vertices are attached, the extruded vertices get attached.
Attaching aligned mesh
The vertices that are aligned to curves, quilts, solid bodies, or planar surfaces do not get attached to the triangulated or faceted body. You must remove the align constraints to attach such vertices. In the Attach mode, you can attach vertices that are aligned to a plane or planar surface to the triangulated or faceted body.
