You can define materials by entering data with units that are different from the principal system of units. When you run a design study, Creo Simulate automatically converts the units for the data that you enter to the principal system of units.

If you plan to export your model to the independent mode of Creo Simulate, then remember the system of units of the model. Creo Simulate does not display the system of units in the independent mode.
