To Use Spec-Driven Piping Library with PTC Windchill

Piping > Piping > Piping and Piping Systems > Configuring Piping > To Use Spec-Driven Piping Library with PTC Windchill

1. Click File >

Options > Configuration Editor.

2. Set the allow_import_file_extension configuration option to csv, ptd, inp.

3. Import the .csv, .ptd, and .inp files and library models into workspace using the embedded browser.

4. Check the .csv, .ptd, and .inp files and library models into the common space.

5. Set the values for the configuration options to the path in Windchill common space where the libraries are checked-in.

When the piping design utilizes the .csv files, these files do not appear in the workspace.
