To Create a Concentric Circle
1. Click Sketch and then click the arrow next to Circle.
2. Click 
Concentric.
Concentric.3. Select one of the following entities as a reference:
◦ Arc
◦ Arc center point
◦ Circle
◦ Circle center point
The concentric circle tool opens.
4. Drag the circle to the desired size and click to place the circumference. The circle is created.
