To Set the Name Display for a Coordinate System

Part Modeling > Part Modeling > Datum Features > Coordinate Systems > To Set the Name Display for a Coordinate System

1. Perform one of these actions:

◦ To create a new coordinate system, click Model >

Coordinate System.

◦ To edit a coordinate system, right-click the coordinate system in the Model Tree, and choose

Edit Definition.

The Coordinate System dialog box opens.

2. Click the Properties tab, and set one or more of the following name properties:

◦ To change the name of the coordinate system, in the Name box, type a name.

◦ To display the name of the coordinate system near the coordinate system origin in the graphics window, select the Display coordinate system name check box.

3. Click OK.
