About Copying and Pasting Surfaces, Bodies, and Curves
When you copy and paste geometry items, the Paste command opens a feature tool to create the copy, depending on the pasted item:
• Surface copy—Pasting surfaces or quilts
• Curve copy—Pasting curves or chains
• Body copy—Pasting bodies
