To Set Legacy Configuration Options
1. Click File > Options. The Creo Parametric Options dialog box opens.
2. Click Configuration Editor. The configuration options for the current session appear.
3. Add or find an option as follows:
To add an option, click Add. The Add Option dialog box opens.
1. Type an Option name.
2. Type or select an Option value.

The default value is followed by an asterisk (*).
3. To change the default value, select a new value from the list, type a new value, or browse to set a directory path.
4. Click OK. The configuration option and value are added to the list of configuration options. A green status icon confirms the change.
To find an option or descriptions of the different options, click Find. The Find Option dialog box opens.
1. Choose a category from the Look in list.
2. Type a keyword from the name or description.
3. For a description, select the Search descriptions check box.
4. Click Find Now. A list of configuration options and descriptions for the specified category appear in the table.
5. Select an option. The default value appears in the Set value box.
6. To change the default value, select a value from the Set value list or type a new value.
7. Click Add / Change. The configuration option and value are added to the list of configuration options. A green status icon confirms the change.
8. Click Close.
4. To change the value of a configuration option, click in the value cell and select an option from the list or type a new value.
5. Click OK. You are prompted to save the new configuration settings to the config.pro file.
