To Convert a Standard Dimension to Ordinate
After you have created the dimension, you can change its type from standard to ordinate, and vice versa.
1. Click Insert > Dimension > Ordinate. The ORD MAKE menu appears.
2. Click Create Base to establish a baseline for related dimensions.
If the baseline already exists in the drawing, set it using Set Base
3. After you have converted the first standard dimension into ordinate and established the baseline, continue to convert other related dimensions using Lin to Ord.
